From the moment we arrived, the staff, led by Alison and her exceptional team, made us feel like cherished guests. The warm welcome and personalized service created an immediate sense of belonging. We extend a special shout-out to Phanthirapp, whose outstanding service went above and beyond our expectations. The team from concierge to housekeeping made us feel as though we were home away from home.
